Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice should be made by contacting the salon directly. Please note that late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service(s)* No Call, No Show appointments are subject to a 50% fee, which may be charged to the card on file. Any unpaid balance must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen and will review situations on a case-by-case basis.
