Cancellation Policy

At Bratt Salon & Spa, we value both your time and the time of our service providers. We kindly require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: Please contact the salon directly. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service(s), at the discretion of your service provider. No Call, No Show Appointments: Subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service(s), at the discretion of your service provider. Fees may be charged to the card on file. Any unpaid balance must be paid in full before scheduling future appointments. Late Arrivals: Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to an additional late fee, at the discretion of your service provider. Late arrivals may also require adjustments to or cancellation of your scheduled service. We understand that emergencies happen and will review situations on a case-by-case basis.
